How quickly will my US order be processed & shipped?

Each strap is handmade and current processing and shipping time for ground orders is 7-10 business days. 

NEAUX ships via USPS to addresses within the 50 US states, not including APO and PO Box addresses.

Please note that orders valued at over $1000 USD will require a signature upon delivery.

International orders may have a different shipping charges.  Contact us with any questions.

How do I return my order?

All returns must be made with 14 days of purchase and be in its original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. Because each strap is custom made for each order - a stocking fee may be required to accept a return.

NEAUX will not be held responsible for a customers improper usage which could cause strap or hardware failure or damage to any camera equipment or any other application a strap will be used for.  If there is an issue with your strap that you believe is a manufacturers error, and the strap is still in new condition and within 14 days of purchase, please contact us asap.
